Here at Ego Envy we understand that from time to time we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% content with. It’s all part of shopping online; sometimes we buy and later regret it, sometimes it's the sizing sometimes we fall out of love with a dress or outfit.
When Returning an item you will need to pay for shipping unless there is a fault on the item when you receive it. Please contact us for more information email@example.com.
We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a Full Refund or Exchange within 14 days (Excluding Delivery Fee).
All we ask is that the item is unworn with the original tags and packaging.
We will endeavour to process your return within 14 working days. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases as any items with damage such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused any refund or exchange and your order will then be sent back to you at additional cost.
Returns must be sent with the order number, full delivery address details and a clear statement of what you wish to exchange your item for.
All exchanges will take up to 7 working days to process after we have received it back.
All orders are looked over twice with two different members of staff before being dispatched. All orders claimed at being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Please include an original copy of your invoice from us so we have all of your details on hand.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
We currently do not accept any returns on our underwear or shape wear garments due to hygiene reasons.

If you purchased your product under a reduced rate, including sale items and items purchased with a discount code then only a partial refund equivalent to the initial amount paid can be supplied if granted.
